Our head offices are located just outside Pheonix in Sedona, Arizona USA.

2. HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS?
Varsity Originals was founded in 1995. We have been offering the finest custom made chenille varsity letters and patches for over 25 years.

3. IS YOUR WEB SITE SECURE?
Yes. Our web site is secured with a Web Server SSL Certificate. Transactions on the site are protected with 40-bit minimum to 256-bit SSL encryption.

4. IS ANY INFORMATION THAT YOU GATHER FROM ME AVAILABLE TO OTHERS?
No. We keep ALL information private to us only. Please view our Privacy Policy. 

5. HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept all major credit cards as well as all payments shown at the bottom of each page. 

6. WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER?
There is NO minimum order! You can order one chenille letter or patch or as many as you like.

7. DO YOU OFFER QUANTITY DISCOUNTS?
Yes. All serious inquires must be submitted through our contact form on our website.

8. WHAT ABOUT THE QUALITY OF YOUR PATCHES?
We pride ourselves in making top quality chenille patches and letters. We use thick 10 ounce wool making our patches durable to stand up for many years. 

9. WHAT ARE THE SMALLEST AND BIGGEST SIZE PATCHES THAT YOU OFFER?
Our i-stock ‘ready-to-ship' patches are available in 3" Numbers and 6" Letters.

10. DO YOU OFFER ANY OTHER COLORS?
We stock all standard athletic colors for high schools and professional sports teams.

11. DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM LOGO PATCHES?
Yes.The minimum order for custom logo patches is 12. Discounts available.

12. I LIVE IN A COUNTRY OTHER THAN THE USA. WILL YOU SHIP TO ME?
Yes. WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

13. ONCE MY ORDER IS PLACED HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP?
- In-Stock Patches ship in 2-3 business days (not including weekends and holidays).
- Custom Orders ship in 4-5 weeks. 3-4 WEEK RUSH SERVICE AVAILABLE FOR ADDITIONAL 15%. Depending on time of year.
- We ship all orders by United States Postal Service.
- Orders shipped to APO addresses will be sent through the United States Postal Service.

14. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Yes. Once your order has shipped from our facilities, our shipping department will send you an e-mail with all the shipping information along with your tracking number.

15. DO YOU OFFER RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
Yes, with certain limitations. Please read our Return Exchange Policy.

16. DO YOU HAVE STORES WHERE I CAN PURCHASE MY PATCHES?
No. We are sorry but all orders are placed through our web site.
